The Traditional Martial Art of Thailand, AKA "The Science of Eight Limbs"

Learn to use punches, elbows, knees and kicks to overwhelm your opponent with beautiful violence.

​

Beginners will learn the rituals and traditions of Thai Boxing and intermediate/advance practitioners can prepare for local and national tournaments through the Thai Boxing Association.

​

Our training method is a modified curriculum of Ajarn Chai Sirisute.

​

Our head instructor, Coach Jose continues his education & accredited certifications through Kru Dave Gomez of Beautiful Violence Miami, a direct disciple of Ajarn Chai.

Cardio Kickboxing is perfect for any beginner or elite athlete.

30 Minute Sessions are fast paced for a super quick, efficient and Killer Cardio Workout!

60 Minute Sessions will lead you through a combination break down with low intensity breaks in between. 60 Minute Sessions will help one get a more practical understanding of how combinations work and may incorporate partner drills. Work on your speed and Power while having a great time with other students! â€‹

Practice Combinations and improve your Coordination with coach led mitt drills.

Enhance your Martial Art practice by challenging yourself in one of our Vinyasa Yoga classes. This is a great way to balance out your workout routine and forces you to work on your inner warrior.

Vinyasa Yoga will take you through a series of "flowing" movements that are connected to the breath.  Work on flexibility and breath control, Stabilize and strengthen your core muscles.

What is TRX? Designed by US Navy Seals, TRX workouts leverage body weight and gravity to challenge every part of your body, especially the core, to work harder than it ever has before! For each of the exercises, a part of the body is suspended above the ground while using a strap to maintain balance. This provides total body strength training which is perfect for both new and experienced athletes.

Great for ALL LEVELS - This uses straps and Body Weight! 

​

TRX puts you in control of the resistance and the extent to which you want to challenge yourself. You can simply change your body position to increase or reduce the intensity of the challenge.

Open mat sessions are the perfect time to get your own personal fitness time in! Bags and gym equipment (kettlebells, resistance bands, pull up bar, etc.) will be available for use. A suggested workout will be left on the chalk board. Come in, hit the bags or lift some weights. 

*Open mat sessions are reserved for Unlimited Members only! No drop ins allowed. Members must book online.

        

*Any Class ending in "RX" is a prescribed workout. 

​ During a "RX" workout, students are given a suggested workout written on the chalk board. Workouts will always include an A-B-C kicking combination & cardio/abdominal conditioning.
